Yes. Your credit card information can only be submitted via our secure server, which is certified by VeriSign, Inc., the leader in web site security.

Can I send gift cards from more than one merchant to the same recipient?
Yes. The Gift Card Boutique will package gift cards from different retailers in our gift package.

What does it cost to use The Gift Card Boutique?
Depending upon whether the order is a JUMP Card redemption or a gift card purchase, costs may include an order processing fee and shipping charge. 

How can I pay for the gift cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Corporate cheque.

Can I have the JUMP card or Gift Card delivered to me so I can give it directly to my recipient?
Absolutely. The Gift Card Boutique will send the card(s) anywhere you like.

Does The Gift Card Boutique sell its own gift card or the gift card of its participating merchants?
The Gift Card Boutique sells the same retailer gift cards you would purchase directly from the retailer. We also offer the JUMP Card which allows your recipient to choose from any of our merchants’ gift cards.

How long does the recipient of a gift card have to redeem the gift card?
Expiry dates tend to vary by retailer from between 1-2 years from purchase date. The Ontario government however, has introduced a bill to eliminate gift card expiry dates altogether.

How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Just click on the "order status” link within the email and it will automatically link to your order.
