Take our ingredients for example; we are fanatical about their quality. In fact, there are actually companies out there that won’t work with us because our standards are so high. The potatoes for our Signature Steak Fries come from the best potato growing regions in the world. Our farm fresh produce exceeds the standards set for fine dining establishments. And we only use select, 100% grain-fed, fresh Alberta beef in our gourmet burgers. It’s never frozen and exceeds all CFIA requirements – because a gourmet burger starts by being an honest burger.
